When I joined Medicreations in 2020, the company was at an inflection point. While the product offering was strong, the brand lacked a unified identity, consistent visual language, and the creative infrastructure needed to support growth across marketing, sales, and digital channels. I was brought in to define a clear creative and marketing direction and to build the systems required to support long-term business goals.

I led a comprehensive company rebrand that went far beyond a visual refresh. The work began with clarifying brand positioning—defining the company’s mission, voice, and value within the medical aesthetics space. From there, I developed a scalable brand identity system designed to work seamlessly across digital, print, packaging, video, and environmental applications, ensuring consistency without limiting flexibility.

The rebrand extended into a full creative ecosystem buildout. I designed and produced core marketing assets including photography, video, print collateral, social content, and digital materials, all aligned under the new brand system. I also led the redesign of the company website with a focus on clarity, storytelling, and lead generation, ensuring creative decisions directly supported marketing performance and sales needs.

Beyond brand and design execution, I worked closely with leadership and sales to integrate creative and marketing efforts with business outcomes. This included supporting Google Ads campaigns—the company’s primary lead source—enhancing CRM coordination, and developing marketing materials that enabled B2B clients to more effectively sell treatments to their customers.

The result was a cohesive, outcome-driven brand that strengthened market positioning, improved lead quality, and provided the foundation for scalable growth. By owning both the strategic direction and execution, I helped transition Medicreations from ad-hoc creative efforts to a unified marketing engine built to support revenue, engagement, and long-term success.

Each year, I’ve intentionally evolved the trade show booth to reflect the growth and maturity of the brand. What began as a functional product display has become a cohesive, immersive brand experience designed to stand out on the show floor and reinforce credibility with prospective clients. Through thoughtful layout refinement, elevated visual systems, and close alignment with the brand identity, the booth now operates as a natural extension of the brand—growing more polished and strategic with each iteration.
